Is it too much if we say anything is possible?

We do mean it, though. We strive to keep the possibilities of how our community functions and training operates within our community wide open so that members are not limited in potential outcomes. Right now we do a lot of work around structure, strength and work capacity with free weights but we will expand the training modalities as our community grows.

We train seriously, but not too much. We find ways to laugh and enjoy our time training and together as much as we push each other to greater things.

Improved range of motion in movements:

  • Not being able to do a split squat all the way to the ground to doing them for reps with weight.

  • Returning from major abdominal surgery with very little loss in ability that was quickly regained.

Strength gainzzz:

  • Squatting old 1RM’s for reps.

  • Overhead squatting one year post knee surgery.

  • New movement abilities: handstands, muscle ups, strict toes to bar, and more.

Increased knowledge around training:

  • Awareness that pain is an experience of the human body not a end to all movement.

  • Better perception of physical abilities through intelligently designed programs.

Enjoyment in training (again):

  • Whether they’ve been training for years or are new to the training experience, several of our members have found a joy in training they’d not experienced for a while or ever.

  • Combining member voice, intelligent programming, quality coaching and advising and community has been the perfect blend for our members to rekindle the joy of movement and hard work.
